Designs

This module helps the user to view the designs created and arrange them in folders.

Navigation: Select 'Designs' from the navigations bar

Functionalities

View	User can view the project
Submit for Approval	User can submit the project for approval
Rename	User can rename the project
New Folder	User can create folders and subfolders
Move Banners	User can move the banners into the selected folders
Info	User can see the project info
Hyper Personalized	User can start hyper-personalizing the projects
Folder List	User can see the list of folders created
Export	User can export the projects as JPG / PNG/ PDF
Delete	User can delete the selected folder
Banner List	User can see the list of banners created
Add to Templates	User can add the project as a template (showcased in Brand Library)
Activity	User can chat with other users in the workflow
Search	User can search the design based on the name of the project
Advanced Search	User can search/filter the design based on keyword/creation date/approval date/created by/approved by/tags

Submit for Approval:

Scenario 1

Navigation: Select Designs → Hover over the project - Select Horizontal Ellipsis → Submit for Approval

Scenario 2

Navigation: Select Designs - Hover over the project → View → Select 'Submit for Approval' under approval

Activity: Comment on the design by the users who are a part of the workflow to which the design is submitted.

Navigation: Select Designs - Hover over the project → View → Select 'Activity.'

Description: Users can chat with other users who are part of the approval cycle using this option.

● Creation Date

● Created By

● Approval Submission Date
