Role Management
This module will help the admin to know about the different roles and responsibilities.
Navigation
Select 'Profile Picture' from top right corner → From the drop down, choose 'Users & Role Management' → Select 'Roles & Responsibilities.’

Role
1. Brand Admin - This user is the admin for the entire brand and has all the permissions.
2. Brand User - By default, this permission is assigned to the newly created users and has no specific permissions.
Following roles are assigned at Product Level:
1. Product Admin - This role has all permissions except user management and deleting workspace.
2. Product Manager - This role has all permissions except user and role management.
3. Designer All Access - This role has access to manage the assets created by all the workspace users.
4. Designer Own Access - This role has access to manage only the assets created by that user.
5. View Only User - This role can only view the designs, brand library, and approval workflow.
6. Only Approver - This role has permission to grant approval, view approval, and comments.
Responsibilities
1. Manage Users - Manage users across workspaces
2. Add / Delete Workspace - Roles with this permission can add/delete workspaces
Roles with the following permissions operate at Workspace Level:
1. Edit Workspace - Allows the user to edit the workspace name.
2. Add/Remove Users - Allows the user to manage users within that workspace.
3. Create Designs - Allows the user to create designs. The user also has access to the 'CREATE' option in the Dashboard.
4. View All Assets - Allows the user to view all the projects, My Uploads, My Templates created by all users in that workspace.
5. Manage All Assets - Allows the user to edit/delete all the projects, My Uploads, My Templates created by all the users of that workspace.
6. View Own Assets - Allows the user to view all the projects, My Uploads, My Templates created by that user in that workspace.
7. Manage Own Assets - Allows the user to edit/delete all the projects, My Uploads, My Templates created by that user in that workspace.
8. View Typography - Allows the user to view the Typography tab inside Brand Library.
9. Manage Typography - Allows the user to add/edit/delete the Typography tab inside Brand Library.
10. View Brand Colors - Allows the user to view the Brand Colors tab inside the Brand Library.
11. Manage Brand Colors - Allows the user to add/edit/delete Brand Colors inside the Brand Library.
12. View Approval Workflow - Allows the user to view the approval workflow.
13. Create/Delete Approval Workflow - Allows the user to create/delete any approval workflow.
14. Manage Approval Workflow - Roles with this permission will be able to create/delete, and edit any approval workflow.
15. Grant Approval - Allows the user to approve/reject workflows.
16. Start and Cancel Workflow - Allows the user to start or cancel the workflow.
17. View Approval and Comments - Allows the user to view 'Approval' and 'Activity Tab' from projects.
18. Add New Comments - Allows the user to add comments in the 'Activity Tab.’
