Approval Workflows
This module helps the user to create new workflows and add approvers.
Navigation: Select 'Profile Picture' → In the drop-down, choose 'Approval Workflows.’

User can add rounds to the workflow

User can select the workflow and perform edit, duplicate and delete operations

User can view the workflow and ongoing rounds
Create New Workflow
Navigation: Select 'New Workflow'
User can enter the workflow name and create one.

2. User can add rounds to the workflow
User can add a round’s name, select from a list of approvers, assign them, and add a round’s preference.
● Round Preferences:
○ Everyone must approve: The round will be processed only if all the approvers of the round has approved it.
○ Anyone can approve: Round will be processed even if any one of the approvers have approved it.

Workflow Process
Navigation: Select the 'View' option of any project → select 'Approval.'
User can see how the workflow is progressing and also add rounds to the workflow.

Approvals History
Navigation: Select 'Approvals History' from Nav Bar
Description: User can use this option to manage pending approvals, see the history of approvals that were approved and rejected approvals.
Pending Approvals:
User can see the list of pending approvals under this section, view the project, and take action accordingly.

Approved Approvals:
User can view the history of projects approved by the respective user in any number of rounds in the workflow
Rejected Approvals:
User can see the rejected approvals here and approve the designs accordingly.

Rejection Flow:
● When a workflow is rejected, the approver can mention the changes in the 'Activity Tab.’
● After making the respective changes in the design, the user (designer) can inform the approver in the Activity Tab.’
● Approver can review the changes made and take action (Approve/Reject).
